Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Ayrshire Gardening Services provides garden maintenance, landscaping, fencing, decking, tree services, monoblocking, garden clearances, and related outdoor services across Ayrshire, Scotland.

2. Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the scope of work discussed during our site visit or initial consultation. Any additional work requested beyond the original scope may be subject to a revised quote.

3. Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon acceptance of the quotation. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences. Full payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work.

4. Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation of scheduled work. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out charge.

5. Workmanship Guarantee

All work carried out by Ayrshire Gardening Services is covered by our workmanship guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the completed work, contact us within 7 days and we will return to rectify the issue at no additional cost.

6. Insurance

Ayrshire Gardening Services carries full public liability insurance. We take every precaution to protect your property during the course of our work.

7. Waste Disposal

Unless otherwise agreed, all garden waste generated during our work will be removed and disposed of responsibly in compliance with local regulations.

8. Weather Conditions

Some services may be affected by adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we will reschedule at the earliest available date at no extra charge.

9. Liability

While we take every care, we cannot be held liable for damage to underground utilities, cables or pipes that are not clearly marked or disclosed prior to work commencing.
